Hey, what's up?



 
So, I created this blog for you and me! I figured since we all talk about diet, running, juicing, etc., nearly everyday, why not share our thoughts, stories, questions, and experiences here with others who do the same?
I won't bore you with my introduction. you can read my "About Me" if you are interested. I'm just really excited to get this show on the road and start sharing!
Are you starting a new diet? Perhaps a new running plan? Are you interested in juicing?  Are you trying to lose weight or maintain? Do you do Cross Fit or weight training? What apps do you use? Everything and anything you are doing, want to do, love to do, hate to do,... we want to read about it! 
We can start 7, 14, 21, 30 day challenges here, maybe even share those dreaded "Before" pictures, then eventually share our wonderful "After" pictures!
